Last weekend, equestrian-auctions.com organized a live & online auction in Bonheiden. During the CSI2* competition, there was significant international interest in the collection. United Touch 'S' was responsible for two auction highlights!
A Swiss buyer paid a substantial amount for an embryo by United Touch 'S' and McLain Ward’s HH Azur! The embryo attracted a lot of international attention, and in the end, the Swiss bidder got what he wanted.
“We are extremely pleased with the strong international interest,” said the organization. “It once again shows that we have the trust of existing clients and that new clients are also putting their confidence in our collection choices. Belgian breeding remains highly sought-after thanks to its exceptional quality. Although prices appear to have stabilized compared to recent years, quality is still in high demand!”
A colt by United Touch 'S' out of Colini van 't Roosakker (by Carthago) became the highest-selling foal. The foal, from the dam line of Gatoucha van 't Roosakker, Gattoucha Hero Z, etc., attracted considerable international interest. In the end, an Israeli buyer in the room purchased the foal.
Two foals changed owners for €26,000 each. The filly Tutti Frutti vd Huffelen Z (by Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Cerly van de Huffelen) stays in Belgium for €26,000. A Chinese buyer also paid €26,000 for a colt by Chacco Blue II out of Quite Carlina van 't Huka Z.
The Equestrian-Auctions.com team is now preparing for the next live & online auction in Geel, on September 19.
