190.000 euro for six-year-old Cornet Rouet PS

What a night it was at the first edition of Olympic Rider, Darragh Kenny’s Oakland Stables Auction. This online auction, organized by equestrian auctions, offered a fine selection of youngsters, foals, embryos and a broodmare.

The first bids were offered for the talented broodmare, Indra vd Bisschop (Heartbreaker). For this full sister of Dulf vd Bisschop an Irish bidder offered 30.000 euro.

The biggest bidding dual was for the impressive sire, Cornet Rouet PS (Cornet Obolensky). In the end the black stallion moves to Monaco for no less than 190.000 euro. The six-year-old mare, Amazing Amy (Action-Breaker) moves to Germany for 132.000 euro.

“In Overall I’m happy with the result of this auction,” states Darragh Kenny. “I am happy the horses will move to good homes and excited to see them perform in the sport in the future.”
