49.000 euro for future sister to Messi van ‘t Ruytershof in embryo auction

It was an exciting evening at the early Xmas embryo auction with equestrian-auctions.com. A lot of interest was present from all corners of the world.

Main focus was on the future sister to Coruna’s Worldcup winner, Messi van ‘t Ruytershof. The sexed embryo by Eldorado vd Zeshoek out of Inathina Van’t Ruytershof  will leave to France for an incredible 49.000 euro.

Second highest bid was made for the future full sister to Yves Vanderhasselt’s Grand-Prix-mare, Jeunesse. This embryo leaves to Poland for 37.000 euro.

The 29 embryos were in total sold for 495.000 euro, or an average of over 17.000 euro per embryo. “We are delighted with the international attention of the buyers. However we notice that the market is shifting. Nevertheless we are extremely happy with the realistic outcome.”
